MENTEE’s profile
We are looking for Mentoring Program candidates who:
- set new career goals and want to pursue them
- have not less than 5 years of professional experience;
- are or seek to become formal leaders in their organizations;
- want to join an end-to-end professional program to develop their leadership competencies viewed as an indispensable asset in the new normal;
- want to draw on the support provided by an experienced Mentor who will help them enhance their leadership role, build their personal brand and ensure a clear focus on professional career goals (which may turn out to be relevant particularly in a corporate environment);
- want to collaborate and exchange experience with people holding diverse positions at companies of various sectors;
- are determined to work with self-discipline to achieve the goals worked out with their Mentors;
- are receptive to constructive feedback.

Conditions of participation in Mentoring Program:
In order to ensure the appropriate substantive and administrative quality of the program, Mentees are required to pay a one-time administrative fee.
Admission confirmation
The key in matching program participants is to match the optimal Mentor&Mentee pairs in such way that Mentor can best support Mentee in the areas indicated in the application form. We take into account the areas of support, experience, professional profile and industry. Please be understanding - we cannot guarantee that all candidates applying to the Program will be accepted.
